1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AfricaArtMasters you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Listings

Artists certify that all listed works are original and that they hold sole copyright. Misrepresentation results in immediate suspension.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. AfricaArtMasters does not store payment card data.

4. Auctions

A winning bid is a binding contract to purchase. Failure to complete payment within 72 hours may result in account suspension.

5. Liability

AfricaArtMasters acts as a marketplace facilitator. Disputes between artists and buyers must be resolved between the parties; we'll mediate in good faith.
